Pastor Sam serves as Lead Pastor of CrossLIfe Fellowship Church. Married since 1987, the Croghans have served the Body of Christ in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, and Louisiana in areas of church planting, pastoring, urban missions, and leadership development. They have two children, Joshuah and Meghan. Both are married with 5 children between them.

Pastor Brian now serves as CrossLife's Associate Pastor, Worship Leader, and Youth Pastor. Irena serves the body of Christ as Children's Church Director. The Eitelmanns have a son, Joshua.
