Pastor Sam & Lucy Croghan

Pastor Sam serves as Lead Pastor of CrossLIfe Fellowship Church.  Married since 1987, the Croghans have served the Body of Christ in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, and Louisiana in areas of church planting, pastoring, urban missions, and leadership development.  They have two children, Joshuah and Meghan.  Joshuah lives in North Carolina with his wife, Alisha, and their two daughters.  Meghan and her husband Johnathon live locally.  The Schimkes have two children. 

Born-again in October, 2004, Pastor Brian  served several years as a youth and worship leader in his then-home church in Florida.  In 2011 he moved to New Orleans where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies.  He and Irena ("Pali") both interned and staffed at a ministry training center until  they married in June 2016.  Pastor Brian now serves as CrossLife's Associate Pastor, Worship Leader, and Youth Pastor.  Irena serves the body of Christ as Nursery Director.  The Eitelmanns have a son, Joshua. 

 Mark was born-again in November of 2009 while following a calling to go down-river.  He spent five years in semi-seclusion in a tent in the woods learning to hear the voice of the Lord.  One day in 2014, Mark wandered into and joined Crosslife Fellowship Church.  Possessing a servant's heart, he began serving the church body, usually without being asked.  While Mark is now head of the CrossLife Cafe', he still manages to maintain the property, and fill-in wherever there is need.  In July 2021, Mark and Melanie made the decision to serve the Lord as a couple.  Saved in March 1992, Melanie was born and raised locally.  She has served in many capacities, to include as a Children's Church and Sunday School teacher.  Now she serves alongside Mark, as a true helpmate and servant-leader.

Born and raised in Southeast Louisiana, David has been part of CrossLife since our beginning.   Born-again as a young teen, David has served as a witness of the Gospel and within local church ministry since his high school years. After many years, he has nicely transitioned into a leadership role and serves as head of the Usher & Greeter Ministry (L.I.F.E. Ministries).  Additionally, he also assists in various other ministries at CrossLife, to include youth, homeless outreach, and discipleship.

Joseph and Beth have been married 18 years.  Joseph was first born-again in 1999 while living in Texas.  He has been involved in ministry over the years in neighborhood outreach, youth outreach, kids, and worship.  He has a passion for worship and serving the body of Christ with his many talents, currently serving as CrossLife’s Events Planner/Coordinator.  Beth was born-again in 2000.  She has served in many aspects of ministry to include outreach, discipleship, and women's ministry.  She has a heart to see children transformed by teaching and equipping them with the Word of God and currently serves as our Children’s Church Director.  They serve in ministry with their daughter (Irena), son-in-law (Brian), and grandson (Joshua). 

New Orleans natives, Ronnie and Janet have been married 40+ years.  Saved in 1976, the Luminais have involved themselves in various ministries during their saved lives.  Ronnie has participated in drama, choir, and played the drums for worship.  Janet served in choir, drama, children’s ministry, and has lead home Bible studies.  Ronnie and Janet have been part of CrossLife Fellowship since it’s beginning.  In addition to serving wherever there is a need, Ronnie and Janet serve as head of the Deacon Ministry .  The Luminais have 3 daughters, 4 granddaughters, and 2 great-grandchildren.

 Locals to Marrero and Westwego, Shane and Kiley are the first CrossLife couple to get married and baptized in our new building.  Jesus had been working in both their hearts for years.  Getting saved 20 years ago, Shane started fully serving the Lord during his years in Alabama.  Kiley's first contact with CrossLife was during an Adopt-a-Block visit.  In time, she gave her heart to the Lord.  They now serve as Deacons.  Both Shane and Kiley serve on the CrossLife worship team.  Additionally, both serve during outreaches, and as other needs arise.  They have one son, Angel. 

Kathy is a Louisiana native.  After graduating in 1969, she and her twin-sister moved to the Westbank, eventually settling in the Westwego/Bridge City area.  Saved in 2002, Kathy served in her previous church in a weekly outreach program and cafe' ministry.  Additionally, she started a prayer ministry while she worked at a local hospital.  Because she has a heart to see the lost saved, a couple years ago Kathy began ministering in the bus stop ministry and outreach in front of the church.  She is now a Deaconess.  Kathy has 2 daughters and 3 grandsons.

Carol was born and raised on Louisiana Avenue in Westwego.  While she does not look it, she and her husband Ted have been married for 53 years!   In 1976 Carol became born-again and has over the years led Bible study classes and volunteered in various helps ministries.  Having a heart for the people of Westwego, she has been part of CrossLife since the beginning.  In the past couple years, Carol has begun to volunteer in bus stop ministry and outreach.  She is a Deaconess, and now leads the Monday night ladies' Bible study.  Carol has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
